XP-360B is a direct thermal printer which is used to print barcode labels, shipping labels, expiry date labels, etc. Which means when the paper passes over the thermal print head. The thermomatic paper is selectively burn image on the paper. The coating turns black in the areas where it is heated, producing an image. This way of printing is very cost effective rather than printing using any kind of ink or cartridge. The other advantage is these printers needs very less maintenance. The only draw back of these thermomatic papers are heat sensitive react to certain whether conditions and react to chemicals. So distortion will occur on certain cases. Despite the draw back customers more often buy this product because of the low cost.So XP-360B printer needs thermomatic sticker paper. The printer is solid and can stand up to heavy usage. The printer comes with award winning Bartender software for designing labels and stickers with ease.The printer is connected via USB port. Installing and configuring pretty simple.
